EuroFlex treadmill decks come complete with pre-drilled holes & any cut outs or machining that is required.
Our Decks are manufactured by us in our factory to the highest standards to provide optimum performance throughout their long lifespan. We use only top quality materials and have invested in the latest machinery and technology.
They deal with the demands of a busy Commercial Gym. The heavy duty 18mm board has 3 layers of MDF laminated on both sides with silky smooth black Euroglide laminate which resists friction and heat. It is specifically designed to work with our EuroGlide lubricant infused running belts but will work equally well with all recognised treadmill belt lubricants.
This deck is supplied with a 12 month warranty.
EuroFlex 19.6mm
This Euroflex 19.6mm thickness treadmill deck replaces Horizon Fitness part numbers MD0701034DA2 or 004305-DA2 and fits Horizon Fitness Omega II CS TM100B treadmill.
TM100B is generally the first part of the treadmill serial number. The ref PTM100B-2KM or PTM100B-2UK could also be found on the treadmill. Sometimes this is only visible when the treadmill is folded upright.
